The location was perfect. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella provided. Free parking. Easy access with key code. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice property. Friendly people.

The location of 308-10 Seabreeze #10 was excellent, being very close to the beach, boardwalk, and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and taking in the beautiful view of the water. The manager was quick to resolve any issues we had, like when the back door wasn't working properly and they sent maintenance to fix it. The room itself was clean and had plenty of towels, with a spacious kitchen and lots of dresser space. Most things we needed were provided, which was convenient. our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.
While there were many positives about our stay, there were a few drawbacks. The bed wasn't incredibly comfortable, but it wasn't the worst we've ever slept on either.

Excellent location, close to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Clean and well-maintained with a nice patio overlooking the water. Manager was quick to resolve any issues and sent a kind and thorough maintenance guy. Impressed with the amenities provided, such as a cooler, fan, chairs, and more. Great value for the price.

Great location with plenty of shops, restaurants, and the beach nearby. The room was clean and had a good-sized kitchen with enough dresser space. We appreciated that beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella were provided. The key code system made it easy to come and go without worrying about losing keys.
There were too few spots and lots of competition, resulting in having to park far away. The AC units were not very efficient, and it was difficult to regulate the temperature.

Great location! the hotel is conveniently located near the beach and boardwalk, with plenty of restaurants close by. the patio was a nice spot to relax and enjoy the water views. the recent renovation was evident, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. Plus, the soundproofing was excellent, as we couldn't hear our neighbors.
During our stay. there was no recycling bin in the room, which was disappointing for those conscious of reducing waste.
